Originally from Los Angeles, Marc has extensive real estate experience. Prior to joining Prizma, Mr. Zeffren acted as Associate Director of Underwriting for Leaseprobe RealDiligence as well as an analyst at various other investment firms. Marc has experience analyzing real estate from various asset classes, such as multifamily, office, and retail. Marc earned a BA in Mathematics from Yeshiva University.
